Second time staying and the staff were just a friendly as the first stay. Rooms are spotless and comfortable - bar area an added bonus and breakfast included in the stay you really cannot complain! We were greeted as we came out of the lift with Happy new year! Our new hotel for when we visit out relatives.

Great Location, it’s walkable to Bicester village down the main road. Great accommodation with nice comfortable room with clean shower room. Breakfast food was good. But sadly bad restaurant management. We arrived in the restaurant at 09:20am and the lady staff told us, there no more food because they closed at 09:30am?! She kind of telling us to go back to our room cuz the restaurant is closed at 09:30am. We managed to find empty tables inside and told her. I think they need to retrain their restaurant staff. Anyhow, overall this hotel is a good accommodation. We had a good stay!

Nice place. Easy to find.
I can’t really comment on the eco-friendliness of the place. I would have probably given it a five star had they not made me pay for parking. I can understand wanting you to register for parking however there was nothing around there that would make it necessary for them to require their paying customers to actually pay for parking. But I guess it’s all about making money these days.

High standard of cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking and reasonable charge. Breakfast good value for money. Bed comfortable and room temperature just right. Quiet hotel for couples and families in an ideal location. Will be staying in the future and would highly recommend! 😃
