Nice modern hotel. Room size was too small for a family of 4. Not enough space to walk from bed to bathroom. Lots of new building teething problems. Snagging not done properly. Eg bathroom door catching on floor tiles & not shutting. Bad smell in bathroom. Staff seemed to be aware of issues. Breakfast was good

I don’t normally get excited about a Holiday Inn Express but this one was immaculate, brand new, modern and very spacious, also good value so very pleased!

Stayed 1 night here with our dog. Paid £25 extra for 1 night for our dog and were greeted by very friendly staff and a dog welcome pack inc 2 chews, a ball and 2 waste bags. Room was what you would expect. Appreciated the Dove toiletries (no conditioner for those in washing hair). Small blip with hot water after check in it appears a large group checked in right after us and were using their showers. As we were at the end of the corridor it appears we were the end of the line for hot water. Reception and management looked at the issue promptly to ensure no issues with the boiler. Free breakfast was great with a dog friendly seating area. Parking was £5 for 24 hours. Plenty of spaces and felt safe leaving my car overnight. Great vending machine in reception with extras you might’ve forgotten for your trip and seemed reasonably priced. It was great to be able to stay in a hotel with the dog for a change. More dog friendly than we were anticipating. Definitely recommend!

The restaurant was a most pleasant place to have a meal. The staff were attentive and kept things topped up or cleared away. Everything else in the hotels seemed to be well thought out. Keep it up!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the layout and the decor of the hotel is very nice, it's also lovely and clean, only issue was I found the beds to hard but my girlfriend didn't.
