I am so grateful to have booked a stay at this place. They were nothing but accomadating and respectful to me troubled scheduled. Place was very clean. They were even nice enough to warm up my room prior to my late arrival. This palce deserves all the buisness and I will definitely be booking again in the future. We liked that the hotel is on the corner and very close to many restaurants and the snow lifts. We loved the view of big bear lake. We booked two rooms; both were clean, spacious and cozy.
