Desk clerk was rude, my usuall stay at Super8 Billings. Most staff are friendly towards me. I didnt appreciate this last person throwing my id & credit card back at me. No greeting as i walked in, rolled her eyes at me as she threw my stuff back at me

We arrived at this property later in the night as we had expected. I parked right next to other cars and needed to tend to my child who was sleeping in their car seat. The attendant who was working came out and told us we can’t park there, I explained I was fixing something with my child, and he just grunted and said we couldn’t park there. So I shut the door and moved and then fixed her. I then went inside and explained my stay, the attendant was rude when explaining the stay. He then asked for the license plate, which I had forgotten and told him it was a rental so I’d have to go get it. He explained he’d let it slide just this one time and I should appreciate what he’s doing. We finally get to go to the room, and the door to the outside which was supposed to be locked was left unlocked. The room was as expected. Although there was no extra toilet paper. If I hadn’t paid in advance. I would have went somewhere else. Do not stay here.

I don’t think it was a high rating place, it’s more for construction worker place. The room we got had a leak from the toilet bowl, the room smelled like mole and the sink was clogged.
