Everything worked, everything was clean, the water was hot, the staff was professional, and the maintenance folks were doing preventative maintenance rather than waiting for things to break (suggesting smart managers who care about success). The breakfast items were good, and hot drinks were available whenever i wanted some. After two terrible nights at a nearby hotel that was just a few dollars less expensive and far more dangerous, I was very grateful for this hotel.
