The staff are always nice and very respectful and proper and I feel safe knowing they're there. But it's considered the ghetto motel for Billings. But I am a mother and a Christian and I go there to feel safe and get away from my drama so I don't agree with that at all

I am super irritated and unhappy and would appreciate a bit of a refund. The stay has been awful. The guy at the front desk has been nothing but rude. I asked for toilet paper and towels and they never brought them. I have not had this bad of service in a long time.

First room I checked into is room 106.The bathroom still in above, was leaking into my room and there was lots of water on the floor the second room I checked into 214 There was a heater in the room portable, but the the plug on the here was different than a receptacle would not fit. Room was cold, not enough blankets on the bed. They wouldn't give you any extra blankets. And the bed was uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. This is one of those rent by the hour hotels. And not in a very good location, either a bad part of town
