The only complaint i have is that the pool said it was heated and it wasnt , and they said the hot tub hasnt worked in a while which isnt ok. There is a gate to access the next hotel over ans their pool is heated and hot tub does work.

The Best!
This hotel was the best of our entire trip! It was like new. We were greeted by friendly and extra helpful personnel. The beach was right across the road, and they had a beautiful swimming pool . The next morning we enjoyed a peaceful and excellent breakfast!! We wished we could have stayed there longer!!

The pool area was extremely dirty and LOUD with parents who didn’t care what their kids were doing. Then one of my travel colleagues came back to room after a wonderful dinner to find someone had tried to break in - the staff were dismissive and offered her a new room but only the following day and offered her more “points” - this poor woman was traumatized and could not sleep that entire night - she even moved all the furniture against the door inside so no one could enter and she slept with a nail file in her hand in case she had to stab someone. Hyatt, you can do better!

The staff was super nice, the property and rooms were clean, on the long travels - definitely felt safe here! The pool was great! The beach was only a few steps away! The breakfast was phenomenal! I loved staying here and will definitely be back for the next time I return to Biloxi! Favorite Hotel located here! I had so much fun and was stress free staying and relaxing at this hotel!!
