Deluxe Double Queen Room
Highly recommend the deluxe double queen rooms. They have 3 large floor to ceiling windows in addition to the one small window that most rooms have. The room is also much larger. The pool area was wonderful and the staff was all very friendly. The wait at the swim up bar is usually pretty long, but if you can get canned drinks in the shop just outside of the pool area. They sell sodas, juice, energy drinks, beer, and seltzer. It's also faster to order food there - from the Oasis Grill. Our lunch order only took 15 mins. The waterpark didn't close till 9pm during out stay, so we enjoyed floating the lazy river at night with the colorful underwater lights and music.

Wonderful property, though a bit dated. However, it was ultimately perfect, as it was close to the beach and had a killer pool and lazy river. Great value, lovely staff. Would stay again.

The first room I was assigned to had a horrible moldy smell and was extremely hot despite the thermostat set at 63. We were gonna tough it out but upon further inspection to find where the awful smell was coming from, found a wall in the closet that was warped severely from water damage.

Enjoyed our stay, just a few hiccups.
When checking in, the front desk clerk took a phone call regarding an issue with the tv. Not a problem. The problem I had after she hung up was she said “if they’d just listen to me they would figure it out. And if you get to your room and it happens to you just do what I said and it’ll work.” A little rude to talk sarcastically about customers to other customers. Also, while at the lazy river my husband went up the the bar to grab a drink. The bartender said rather rudely “I’m by myself and won’t open for another 45 minutes.” We get being short staffed, but don’t take your frustrations out on a paying customer. We never got a chance to try the bar out. Other than that, we were very impressed with the resort and amenities.

Lazy River and Slides!!!
Kids had sooo much fun at the lazy river and slides. They were in constant motion!!! There were a lot of people there enjoying the water but it didn’t feel crowded.

Great place for toddlers. I hope you can add a little more for bigger kids so we can continue to go there. This was out third year but I’m sad that our grandchildren will be to old for it next year. All three years we’ve had a great experience.

Wonderful hotel and pool area. Only complaint would be about lack of shade in pool area and water playground area. The pizza was not cooked all the way the two times that we ordered it and the drinks are overpriced. Other than that the resort as a whole is very family friendly and lots of fun! The hotel rooms are very clean and roomy. We loved our stay and plan to return!
