Nice place
We stayed overnight and we had a comfortable room, clean and quiet. There were eateries near the hotel. And, breakfast was offered with good options but cold and hot. I would stay there again.

This hotel is very clean. Good! The rooms are small. Also they don't make it clear, in the advertisement that the rooms which are not "pool-side" are actually outside. (not good when using the pool in the winter) The staff only gave you the bare bones of what was required of them. Also, the so called office/computer area was not working. My child had a paper to work on for school, but couldn't type up anything there, plus the wifi was shotywaSo we had to find a library near by. If I had known that, we would have brought our laptop. There were always issues with the waffle mix or maybe the waffle iron, so you could never make proper waffles at breakfast. The room keycards were glichy at times. And the biggest let down was the pool. One of the main reasons I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. I figured my child would really enjoy that. However the pool was so INCREDIBLY COLD, it wasn't usable. It was the equivalent to an ice bath and I am not exaggerating. When we inquired about that, we were told that they no longer heat the pool because it is too expensive. WHAT!!??!! If that's the case they should close the pool. No one could use it anyway. People just used the hot-tub for a bit and that was it. That is FALSE ADVERTISING! If I had known about these issues, I would not have booked this hotel. We have family in Mississippi and New Orleans, so we make this trip periodically, but we will NOT be staying at this Ramada again.
