My bed was comfortable. The heat and humidity outside my room (in the hallways and elevator) was horrible. That was the worst part. Carpet needed to be cleaned- washed.

Property was decent for the price. Room was clean, lobby was clean and neat. The hallways were ungodly hot and the AC in the room could not keep up. I was also really surprised to see political signs displayed all around the property.

Staff was nice, but the property needs cleaning and has weird unused spaces. The patio furniture was stacked away. There were spots of something on the back of the bathroom door. Breakfast was limited, served in a dome with a rusted hinge.

Dive in bad neighbourhood. Drug deals in parking lot. Couldnt find frint desk woman.hotel in bad disrepair. Dirty. Do not recommend Scary. We just left and srayed somewhee else.

We found multiple blood stains on our bedding. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they never offered to change out our bedding. Very unprofessional!

When you walk in, you'll feel like you stepped back in time. I personally appreciated how it looked like the past had been preserved. Almost elegant of its time. We had gotten in late, the man at the desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We got to the room and while it was dated, it was super clean. I've been in new hotels that werent nearly as clean. Due to our arrival time, we slept through breakfast, so I can't tell you about that. But if you're looking for clean and affordable place to lay your head with friendly staff, I would stay here. Beds were clean, nice pillows, clean sheets. Our room #140, was a large double bed with kitchenette, large soaker tub, room was cooled nicely yet the ac was a little noisy, we didn't mind ( it helped us rest better) The only odd thing we noticed was the ac units to the rooms seemed to be vented into the halls, which made for a super warm entry. And Google maps brought us to the back of the property instead of the front lobby. Overall I'd stay again without question.

Saginaw get away
No ice machines worked and breakfast was the worst I ever saw and couldn’t eat. Hallways were hot and loud so no chance to sleep past 6. Beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked but loud and fridge was warm but freezer kept our pop cold. Room was clean and large. Nice place but major service issues on upkeep needed.

The hotel was easy to get to, we were greeted by two very happy staff members. They were chatty, and very polite! We went to our room, it was okay, nothing fancy however it was decently clean. The hotel itself was dated however the staff work hard to keep it clean and looking as best as it can! The outside of the hotel was dirty. There was dog poop by the entrance, garbages were full, and were not emptied. The breakfast was fair. You can make it work with an orange and some toast! The one staff was super helpful for looking for peanut butter for me. Overall if you’re looking for a cheaper option to lay your head, that’s relatively clean, but great staff this option is for you!

Comfortable, spacious, inexpensive, weird layout.
Very nice hotel, in excellent condition. Funny setup, in that the rooms are quite generously-sized, but have no external windows. Room air conditioners vent into the interior hallway outside the doors of the rooms. Hence, the hallways are quite warm. The only window in our four rooms was a frosted yellow half-window above the AC, gathering some limited light from the hallway. That doesn't seem terribly energy efficient to us. That said, beds were quite comfortable, rooms are large and well appointed, with furnishings and accoutrements in very good condition. A pleasant stay at a very reasonable price.
