Hotel clean pleasant and very accessible facilities
Food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the chef and staff serving.
The attitude of the staff from contact to arrival, during stay, and on finally leaving was consistently polite helpful and made this hotel exceptional for me!

I stay in this hotel often with work and the service is alwasy great, but Josh on reception was particulary lovely when we checked in yesterday. We upgraded to a suite which was large and spacious, and the bed was huge! However, it was a little tired and the patio was rather uninspiring with no furniture or plants and so we didn't actually use it despite the weather being glorious.
Overall this is a good hotel, the breakfast is great and the staff are all very couteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, but for the premium suite, I had expected a little more luxurious room with a more premum feel.

Couple of issues with room booking but all sorted ahead of my trip. A real gem of a hotel and always a pleasure to stay!
I enjoyed my 3 night stay in the hotel. I had one problem with hand wash basin as water splashed out while washing my face and hands. Other than that everything was good.
Only issue was that we were woken by noise from maintenance work in the corridor outside our room which went on for hours and also had an alarm going off. Other than this the stay was great. Super comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. Walking distance into Solihull town centre.
Great location, large and spacious room. Very quiet. Hotel a bit tired looking and breakfast was a bit chaotic but I would stay here again. Watch out for the parking fee which we were surprised with at check out.
