In a quiet neighborhood, a small residence composed of seven adjoining houses. Two-bedroom duplex house with a 110m2 fenced garden.
Living / dining room with TV and a DVD player, picture windows opening onto a 25m2 South-East facing terrace and a garden.
Open-plan kitchen opening onto a South-facing covered terrace. Kitchen equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a dish-washer and a washing machine.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with double bunk beds. Numerous closets.

Location sale et mal entretenue

A notre arrivée le ménage n’avait pas été fait ou très mal fait . La vaisselle était collante dans les placards. Des toilettes s’échappait une odeur d’urine. Urine qui au fil des années a rongé les charnières de la cuvette et a jauni les tampons de cette même cuvette. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Les alaises étaient sales. La machine à laver présente des traces importantes de moisissures au niveau du joint de porte. Le réseau d’eau de cette machine doit aussi contenir de la moisissure car lors de l’utilisation nos vêtements ont été souillés de petite particules de moisissures. Les murs sont sales, les plinthes, les meubles, les bibelots sont couverte de poussière, le frigo est sale, il est rouillé et sent mauvais ( odeur de poisson), la hotte de cuisine est dégoûtante, le joint autour de la plaque de cuisson est sale et dégradé. La nappe dans la cuisine est sale et moisie. La table de jardin part en lambeaux, de la mousse pousse sur le plateau. Les bains de soleil sont couverts de moisissures comme le store . La porte fenêtre ne ferme pas bien . Il y a dans le jardin des bassines cassées, une vieille brosse pour les toilettes, un étendage rouillé. Il y a une douche dans le jardin mais elle est envahie par la végétation. La literie dans la chambre parentale est vieille. Le matelas fait le creux au milieu du lit. Cette maison ne devrait pas être louée dans cet état. C’est une honte. Lorsqu’on est propriétaire et qu’on loue un bien plus de 1200 euros par semaine on se doit d’entretenir ce bien. Les plaques vitrocéramique sont obsolète. La salle de bain n’est pas pratique avec sa vieille baignoire et son mélangeur. Il est inadmissible d’avoir encore des équipements de salle de bain de ce type. Mélangeur dangereux pour les enfants. Un mitigeur thermostatique devrait être installé. Il n’est pas interdit de repeindre les murs, de changer les meubles cassés, de changer l’électroménager et de laver cet appartement. Enfin les voisins sont venus nous voir à 2 reprises pour nous dire que nous ne pouvions pas nous garer sur le parking collectif. Cette location nous a gâché une partie de nos vacances, je vous demande de me rembourser la moitié du prix de cette semaine de location. J’ai un grand nombre de photos des détails décrits ci dessus. Idéal famille

Petite maisonnette bien conçue pour notre famille de 4, l’accès arrière par le jardin très pratique pour entrer et sortir avec les vélos, quartier très calme on a très bien dormi! A 5min de l’océan !
