Staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. For a 5 star hotel, the facilities are quite worn out and there is a fair bit of mold and chipped paint in the rooms. The room layout could be improved. There is a family mart and 7 Eleven nearby and the hotel is next to Wanhua Station.

Super convenient to get to this hotel from Taipei main station by taking the local train to Wanhua. The hotel is directly above the local train station. It is also about 5 mins walk from the Longshan MRT station. Hotel is clean and room facilities did not give any issues. However, the elevator can get super packed during the peak periods, due to many tour groups choosing the same hotel for their accommodation. Waited for about 10 to 15 mins at the lift lobby on our room level but still could not get into the lift. Went back to the hotel room to wait instead. That was at approx 10.30am.

The view from our room was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit small and the bathroom had a weird layout. We liked having the option of the MRT or TRA (local train) nearby the hotel. Lots of food options nearby too.

Stayed in this property for several years when I visited my mother every year. This time there were way too many tour companies stayed in this hotel cause people fighting to get into elevator or sometimes need to wait several turns to get into elevator. Also there are so many cracks on the wall in our room make me feel unsafe.

Hotel was great for the price. We were 4 ppl and it was comfy. Kids had a great time in the tub. Shower is seperated from the tub. Windows looking out the city by the tub made it very nice.

Terrible nights sleep.
There were no double rooms available so had to have a twin with 3 single beds which was lucky because I think one of the beds had bed bugs. I was so itchy so changed beds. Walls very thin could hear tv next door. No mini bar.
