It’s a mixed bag!
The room is lovely and the bathroom is spacious, clean and modern. The bed itself was a little hard and the pillows are too big, bulky and heavy. We both felt like they were to high and our necks are stiff this morning. Additionally, the linens feel cheap. It’s a wonderful room for hanging out in, just not so much for getting rest!

We booked, and paid for, a king size room. Upon arrival there were not any king size rooms available and we ended up in an ADA two queen bed room. They said that the room type was not guaranteed through 3rd party reservation systems. This was incredibly disappointing since we were up for my wife's birthday and we booked well in advance.

Terrible customer service. We booked our room and thought we were ready to go to enjoy our night. We arrived to the hotel and they notified us they had canceled our reservation because they overbooked and we had no heads up and no refund back. They also stated that they start canceling reservations as of 9:00 pm and no where did they state that on there site or through our third booking party. Very upset and would never try booking a room with them again. They should of at least refunded us for an error on their part for over booking.

Everyone we talk to is just fantastic! We absolutely loved Seth and Theresa at check-in. We did go to the spa because we got there a little early and it was just a hot tub a steam room and a sauna and that’s it. It was relaxing though!! There is no alcohol in the spa in case you were wondering.
