Management and the general front desk staff is beyond awful. As a travel agent, I was appalled. I used Expedia to book the room and i sent a message to the property to see if there was anything they could do to make our trip the best since we stayed here 8 years in a row and we lost our father and i had just survived my 2nd cancer. The response was, you booked thru Expedia so no. I have booked multiple personal vacatiobs and all other properties were excited to think out of the box and created an amazing memory. Perhaps it is because all other bookings were international bookings and sadly, here in the US, customer service is dwindling. The room, They have not done a good job of maintaining the furnishings and cleanliness. They also claim to have wifi but that was false. We went to our room and could not connect. My husband called to ask how to connect. He was told that our room did not have access to wifi. He requested a room change. The person said that they could call and let us know. We never heard anything. I went to the front desk to speak with a manager about moving to a room with wifi. There was no manager available, which is unaccessible on its own so i left my mobile number. No resolution. We later met a couple who shared that they had a similar experience but that they moved 3 different times to get a room with wifi. That was infuriating because the only difference is that they were Caucasian. Thats gross. This is just just the tip of the bad.

Took forever to check in. Got to room look at the side of the bed spread and there were stains all over it. That night decided to go to the pool/hot-tub after 10:00 where the rules said no kids at that time and there were two family’s with kids. Not what I wanted. I have stayed there before and never had problems. At this point I am not sure I will go back.
