Luxurious Mountain Retreat! Fireplace and hot tub!

Welcome to our beautifully renovated home completed in 2017! You'll love this mountain retreat for its designer kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, large backyard and patio. Explore Black Mountain, Asheville, and the surrounding mountains all from the comfort of this modern, luxurious home.

We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

Home includes 3 bedrooms:
- a primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath (beautiful tub and shower)
- a queen bedroom with hall bath
- a queen bedroom with hall bath

Additionally, the spacious living area includes a couch with a supremely comfortable queen memory foam Tempur-Pedic mattress and nearby powder room.

We love to cook delicious meals in the designer kitchen, enjoy movies by the fireplace, and play board games around the enormous dining room table. Outdoors, enjoy our hot tub, spacious fenced backyard with ample space to kick the soccer ball, throw a frisbee or burn a fire in the fire pit late into the night.

Up to two dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee. You may bring a third dog contingent upon my approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. We ask owners to responsibly care for their dogs (ie, clean up after messes, crate if leaving your pooch alone, and keep dogs off the furniture and beds). Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub.

Finally, we want you to relax and enjoy your stay and not worry about the little details so we provide all necessary linens--sheets and towels--and all basic kitchen equipment to cook your favorite meals.

Our property has a surveillance camera and/or smart doorbell located by the front entry. This device is strictly for security purposes.

The hot tub is available based on weather and maintenance conditions. Unforeseen weather or mechanical issues may impact the availability of this amenity, and you acknowledge that it is not guaranteed for your stay. If you encounter any problems, let us know and we’ll work to quickly address them. We maintain a very high uptime for the hot tub, and are generally able to have any problems fixed within 24 hours.

The property was exactly as advertised! Conveniently located to downtown and lake Tomahawk. Huge backyard with plenty of space for the pup to run around and humans to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub and the beautiful view of the mountains. Great spot to enjoy morning coffee, read a book and make s'more's galore in the evening. Hope to visit again soon.

Loved the location that was close to all things we wanted to do in Black Mountain. 3 bedrooms were very nice with a nice backyard. Host responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again if available on next visit to the area.

This house is well appointed and very comfortable! Love the gas fireplace, master suite tub, and fenced backyard. A very premium pet friendly property! Wonderful experience!
We had a great time and especially appreciated that this property was dog-friendly. The location is great, very close to lovely walks with views (we enjoyed walking on trails in Montreat nearby). The house was clean, had everything we needed, and we loved sitting in the fenced in backyard. We felt we had plenty of space and easy access to many things. The owners were very responsive, and check in and check out instructions clear and not elaborate. Thank you for a great time!

We had the best time at this rental in Black Mountain. The house had everything you could need and was in a great location close to downtown, shops, restaurants, hiking and trails. We especially loved the fenced backyard for our dogs! Will definitely be back!

Our family spent thanksgiving here and it was lovely. The house was super clean. Beds are comfortable and the showers had great pressure! Can’t ask for more! The house was big enough for all of us and very well appointed. We walked to the cute little town of black mountain from the house. Backyard was great. From the wonderful, newly renovated home to the perfect location and clear communication from the owner, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our time and experience at this house! The layout was perfect for our crew, which included four adults, a 4-year-Old, 1.5-year-Old, and 11-month-twins! The decor was simple and sophisticated. The back yard and patio were perfect for morning coffee outside and evening bonfires. The charming town of Black Mountain is only a 10-20 minute walk away. You cannot go wrong with this property!

Very nice and convenient to Black Mountain!
The house appears to be brand new and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Black Mountain. We loved the kitchen/family room so much that we opted to pickup food one night from Little Sprout Carryout and watch a movie on the big TV.

Great home - so comfy and so convenient
We loved our stay here. There were 8 of us, but we had so much room we never felt crowded. The house has everything you'd want and in such wonderful style. The remote controlled gas fireplace was the biggest hit. We had a blast walking into town -- even though it was cold for those of us from Florida. Black Mountain is very cute - loved the Veranda Cafe and Ingles is the such a grand grocery. The location was also close enough to Asheville that we could get there in no time, but yet we didn't have to deal with the day-to-day traffic. Don't hesitate to try this one if you're in the area!

The house is just a short walk from downtown, and the house is excellent. Looks just as described on HomeAway. It is just the perfect house where you dine in, hang out. There are a lot of hikiing trails nearby. To Sum up: great!

It was Wonderfull House is fully equipped the only thing is the side gate does not lock so it can easly be pushed open. This could be a concern for your Fur babies I would suggest adding a latch to secure gate closure
