Pros: Use of amenities included - although used by other public members who arent guests and for what looked like 1-1 swimming lessons? Room was ready before check in time. Room was big enough for 2 adults. Cons: No plug sockets for use by the beds or surrounding areas. Only sockets were on the table where the desk/tv was. The heating in the room was broken. It kept bringing up an error message and blowing cold air. The temperature in the room was 15 degrees. My boyfriend went to reception to ask for assistance with this. We went to have a massage and use the amenities and when we got back, it was still broken. My boyfriend went to reception for a second time and still nobody came. I called reception around 9pm to advise that still, nobody had been to look at it. They asked if we'd like to move rooms - at 9pm the night before checking out- we declined, so the receptionist said they would bring us an extra heater - nobody did. Thankfully we had a plug in radiator which we'd left on all day & night to try to heat the room. I asked @ check in if we pay for parking now, receptionist Collette said 'dont worry ive sorted it', upon check out, a different receptionist tried to charge us for the 2 nights parking, we explained what collette said to be met with 'why would she say that'?. My boyfriend then explained about the broken heating, having to ask for assistance 3x and not getting it and not getting the promised extra heater - to which they then waived the parking charge.

Shuttle service a shambles
Nothing wrong the hotel itself though we only slept there as had an early morning flight. Don’t use their shuttle service. Payed for a return shuttle from the airport but it was none existent one excuse after another as why it didn’t show up after waiting nearly an hour in the allocated place with 3 small, cold and hungry children After contacting them twice and complaining, they had to order a taxi for us to return and pick our car up. Will not use the hotel to stay and park again.

This hotel is lovely, only downside was the food menu being very small and the bed wasn't very comfortable and had a very thin duvet which wasn't ideal in this weather, but it was nice and clean, the staff were lovely, and the spa facilities were perfect :)
