We loved staying here and was sad it was for one night only. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely, stylish and huge. There were some dead flies on the floor which was unexpected given the room had just been cleaned, but we were willing to overlook that as everything else was so great. We had a $50 food voucher to use so had dinner at BLAQ, the onsite restaurant. The food was delicious. The complimentary grazing breakfast was fantastic and I loved the fruit bread. Sadly we didn’t have time to use the e-bikes or hot tub. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice overall accommodation. Good size room. Breakfast was simple but good. Queen bed sank in the center, very uncomfortable and so bad for our backs. We were there for a wedding and no where to hang long gown, suit and shirt. The three gold coat hangers on the wall, looked good, but not practical. No bench space or drawers in bathroom.

The staff are exceptional, we arrived early and was allocated our room straight away. The hotel has a great Lux relaxing vibe, the option of the spa and sauna to be booked is brilliant as it offers a private experience unlike many other hotels. Room was well decorated, clean & bed was very comfortable. Smart TVs in Room. Great shower. Go for the Fresh air & Positive vibes, I will be back. Regards Corey & Dean

Kyah Hotel is a gem in the blue mountains. The price for the room is great for the modern and clean hotel room with inclusions of the complimentary hotel facilities e.g. electronic bikes hire, tennis court, sauna and breakfast table etc. We also love that the hotel has its own sustainable homestead garden and chicken coop.

Awesome overnight stay at Kyah Hotel, with a beautiful ambiance all-round and very comfy room. Check in, breakfast and check out were all easy breezy thanks to the DIY nature of the hotel and helpful staff whenever we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

Kyah is wonderful. From the beautiful staff, to the delicious breakfast, and awesome facilities, it’s got so many delights and feels like a lovely retreat! Make sure you dine at Blaq too, it’s incredible!

The property was great! Unfortunately there wasn’t any sort of reception customer service. Phones aren’t answered for questions regarding your stay, which does make enquires a bit challenging! Would be nice to have a phone line that connects to someone on site.

Overall a great experience. Ate at Blaq which was fantastic- food, drinks and service were brilliant! The room was perfectly acceptable; bed very comfortable , good lighting ,comfy chair and generous tea and coffee facilties. (Only minus points : a tired bathroom , slight smell of drains and a large gap under the outside door. ) However, we would definitely recommend staying and eating here!

Three nights stay. Nice first impression, nice public area/bar that doubles as reception. Large room with king bed. Noted no cupboard, so nowhere to hang clothes. So if staying for a few days and like to unpack you are out of luck. The shower is very good, and the bed very comfortable. Aircon works. It is 20-mins walk to town. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent, on the 2nd day my bath mat and hand towels were taken but not replaced. Other disposables not refreshed. Cold wet bathroom floor for 24-hours. The included continental breakfast is ok, if a bit bread heavy. Some cereal and fresh juice would be a simple addition to make it very good. The attached restaurant is up-market, very nice but pricy. There is a sports club across the road if you want a cheaper eats. In all a comfortable stay and would stay again.
