Excellent

Very good. The staff were all very busy, but bent over backwards to help. Loads of facilities on site. The Pub and Grill serves fantastic food and service was quick. It is very busy, so the pool, breakfast, and restaurant feels crowded, but it’s still fantastic for the price you pay for a night. We’ll be back.

Lovely new hotel just emphasizing the need for more places like this in Blackpool. Friendly and helpful staff always on hand. Marco restaurant added to the hotel.

Place was clean bed was so comfy staff were friendly . Was unsure what to expect by the reviews but was totally surprised loved it would certainly stay again .

Hotel was amazing loved wandering around it looking at all old rooms vallroom Beautifully decorated for christmas Staff were fabulous We stayed in room 308 ...nice and warm and bed very comfortable Will be booking again ...thankyou imperial hotel blackpool for a fabulous stay
