Great victorian building, breakfast a let down.

Lovely old building. Some grear original architecture. Room was large and clean just looked a bit outdated but then again its a victorian building. Staff friendly. Only down side was the breakfast. Everything had been sat for a while so either rubbery or hard. I noticed alot of sausages had been left on plates, which means they need a better sausage lol

It’s heartbreaking to see something that once was great be so run down and sad. The staff were nice and doing their best in difficult circumstances but it must be so hard to work there when everyone is moaning all the time. Needs a massive investment.

Jenna! She was great! Expedia sold us a room that was unsuitable, said sleeps 3 and it definitely didn’t sleep 3, Jenna couldn’t have been more helpful and offered us a superior family room for really cheap! The room was lovely. Breakfast was great! We loved our stay at the imperial and will definitely be back!

Staff were lovely. Property was nice in an old fashioned way, just could do with some TLC to keep it up to scratch as it has a lot of potential. Easy parking, big car park. Room ok for price, just needed a bit of modernisation. Could’ve been cleaner. No hair dryer in the room.
