It is an easy location to get to. The breakfast was better than expected. The fitness area was less than expected and the treadmill didn't incline. The service was great.

Manager Carla & Front Desk personnel Seleste were warm, caring & went out of their way to assist us and I also witnessed them assisting others. Having two amazing people who are your first impression & contact upon check in let’s you know the type of facility you are staying at.. would definitely stay again

Stayed here twice, the first time called in for early check in through customer service but arrived the staff said there was no records. They let us check out at noon that time. The second time, was told I couldn’t check out later at noon because I am not a member. There needs to be consistency. Also, the AC made weird noises occasionally during the night. Everything else was fine.

The staff is exceptional and friendliness. The hotel was very clean and everybody that worked there cared about the customers and their job. I highly recommend staying at this hotel best one at the lake. I live here and had family come down and I put them in this hotel and it was wonderful. A lot of amenities I room pool everything very clean love the morning breakfast.

Front desk service was awful. When checking in the front desk service did not ask for id or verify any identification to ensure it was our room we were receiving. Could have been a stranger making up a name for a free stay. The next night we got in late cause it was the Fourth of July and we couldn’t get in our room because the check in lady put in wrong code and only allowed our keycards access for one night instead of the 3 we paid for. So at 1130 at night with two exhausted kids we had to mess with getting access back to our room. The last night I went down to ask for wifi information and was practically accused of just giving away their information cause it was “on the keycard envelope”, which it was not and I could have shown proof of it if was that big of a deal. Went back upstairs and was complaining to my party about everything that’s gone on just staying at this hotel and shortly received a noise complaint even though the entire lobby was occupied with drunk young adults with handles of alcohol everywhere as if it was bar and cooler galore to where you couldn’t even access the community area where they serve coffee. Room was small, very little water pressure in bathroom to where you crossed your fingers just for the toilet to flush correctly. God forbid you get a decent shower. Room was clean though everyday we returned. No complaints on house keeping. All of these issues are expected for a hotel you pay 300 dollars for, not 700. 1/10 never again.

Everything was good. I always like to be able to leave the AC fan on for sleeping. Could not do that, so the unit goes on and off all night. Hard to sleep. A great idea would be to put some type of device in each room that allows the customer to create a noise cancelling sound. Just a suggestion.
