Best Buy in the U.S.A.
Check in was easy. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom (#114), and on our particular day, the price was very fair. For a room this nice, it was perhaps the best price in the United States. We felt fortunate to have found this motel in Monticello, Utah.

I paid more thinking we would get a nicer motel. This place is not nice. The pictures posted are deceiving. Our toilet was broken. The chain was connected to the weight with a hair tie. The bedspread had a stain on it. The desk chair and fridge were held together with duck-tape. The continental breakfast was toast and hard boiled egg. Dirty tables and staff not caring one bit. I will not choose to stay here again.

This hotel facilities are very old, no one at the front desk when we arrived and checking-in at 8pm, my room’s bed cover sheet has some dirty spots on it, even it’s the burgundy color, it doesn’t cover it up, the whole room feels so dirty.

Room was ok for the price. The main problem was the plumbing. Everything worked but if someone took a shower in another room you could hear it in the pipes very loudly. Middle of the night a toilet flushed somewhere and I thought a pipe burst. Woke me up every time

I had to try 3 key cards before one worked. The air conditioning is VERY noisy. Drinks in the in room refrigerator froze the drinks so they explode when opening. The TV remote wouldn’t change channels, adjust volume or turn on closed caption. After the third remote some functions worked some of the time

Breakfast was available at 7:30 which was a little tough because we were trying to get on the road as soon as possible. I mean but that’s one small thing. Other than that, hotel was great for price. Especially considering it was way cheaper to stay at than in Moab near Arches. Great place between Arches and Mesa Verde

Older property but was updated and clean. Polite and tentative staff. Breakfast was only bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc. Driveway and parking lot could use some maintenance. Overall was a good place to stay and will stay again in the future.
