The 1st room I was offered smelled of pure raw urine - like it was embedded in the carpet bad. I was given a 2nd room & rather than just change the rm. number, I was billed twice and took a week to resolve the matter and the clerk told me i couldn't get a copy of my receipt. Also, despite a do not disturb sign - every Morning there was Knocking on door for housekeeping. This place used to be decent. Its one of the worst now and they don't seem to care.
The place needs to be demolished! Lights flickered when off, so i had to sleep with the light on. Bathtub had a huge soft spot under it. Couch needs to be burned, it had stains and grime all over it. The floor was grimy...after my shower i walked to the bed to put socks on and my feet were black on the bottom! Never again!
Not very clean , smelled bad, didn’t feel very safe, some of the rooms with two doors didn’t have proper locks and was broken. I couldn’t tell if the bed was remade or what cuz there was stuff inn the bed and stains as well. Staff was very nice though and understanding.
Breakfast was apple, orange juice, fig bar and i believe that was it. There was 4 of us in the room and they only gave us 2 towels. We walked down and asked for more they gave us one more towel. We had to let them know there was 4 of us in the room and the guy acted like it was an inconvenience he had to give us extra towels. Will not be coming back due to how we were treated.
Poorly maintained. Popcorn ceiling falling on bed and floor. Wallpaper peeling, microwave missing handle, no coffee maker, no blanket, no A/C in hallway. Second worst motel I ever stayed at.
People we pleasant, room was old and stunk horribly. I had just got off a 500 mile motorcycle ride, and could not find an alternative close by or i would not have stayed. Pretty sure room had fleas from previous pet owners.
I found a brown recluse spider in the shower and upon inspecting the rest of the room a possible black widow behind the sofa and cobwebs all over. I told the front desk I can’t stay there and if they can’t cancel the room I’ll take it up with Expedia. Clerk Tonia said there’s nothing she could do on her end. When trying to go through Expedia customer service they called the hotel and the clerk Tonia told them she offered me a room but I refused. So I was not refunded. I drove back to confront her and she said had been there since 4:45 which I know is I correct because I snapped a picture in the lobby when I arrived of a drop cord hanging out of the ceiling and plugged into an outlet. She tried to argue they were on central time and I was wrong about how long I was there. She pointed at the clock behind her which was right and she realized her system clock was wrong and ran back to the back room.
It’s a filthy place poorly managed and best avoided and shouldn’t be listed. I’ll be taking my complaint to Super 8 customer service.
