Hotel needs some attention, staff are good.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable but furniture was worn and tv didn’t fit on table, was sliding off edge. The bathroom needed tile repair and looked like there was some mold. Ice machine was really awful looking, needed cleaning, had lots of calcium build up. Outside facilities needed some fixing up and fresh paint.. Personnel were nice, professional and accommodating.

The carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced. The room had a bad smell. The toilet paper was dirty. Overall I would not stay here again.

I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of places. This was by far the worst place I’ve walked into. I have never left a hotel but we left. The smell was awful in the room. The furniture was filthy and broken. The carpet had red stains. It was ghetto. The only good thing was the gentleman at the front desk who was kind enough to refund us so we could go somewhere else.

Carpets dirty, debri on floor, tv controls not working, no weatherstripping at front door. Cold air and light all around . Bed so so Overall old and dated. The rate is really a rip off.

The room was musty smelling. There was a one inch gap below the entry door, which opened to a cold and damp night. Carpet was stained, cigarette burns in the furniture. Shower head was broken and leaked all night. Mold in the bathroom. Trash dumpsters were thirty feet from our room and emptied at 6:30 in the morning.

Room was filthy. Stains on bedding, stains/ food on walls, Chair had stains all over it, tv didn't work, smelled like mildew/ mold, looks like throw up on light by bed, and light bulbs out. Both beds have a huge dip in the middle and need to be replaced. Also, towels look yellow. Pretty disappointed in the stay. Would not recommend nor would I stay here with my family again.

Will not stay here again. The room smelled,and the sheets were stained. The couch was stained so badly I didn’t even want to sit on it. If we hadn’t brought our own blankets we probably would have not slept in the bed.

Could hardly open door to room as carpet to high to open or close easily. Also door shut but about a foot & half from floor on door to door knob any bug that looked for a home could come in. Sofa in room was non functional as cushions were so bad. Also had to ask for 4 light bulbs that were not working. I’m just telling this as if my place would be very concerned about the rooms. I’m not a great housekeeper but do pay attention to things around me.

This was the dirtiest stay I have ever had What a disgrace on the price gouging they stephenville has for parents Zero courtesy on a visitor and the dirtiest place ever Do not stay here .
