Staff was hit and miss. 1 told us she just works weekends and can't help address any issues. We had another who was extremely helpful in any way she could be. The property is in rough shape. Ice machines were disgusting (only one that even worked!) We had a room by the stairs. The door was broken and SLAMMED every time someone used it, all day and night! Towels were very thin which could be expected but they actually had large holes in them as well. It seemed that every person had an issue with their TVs. We talked to several people who said it still didn't work even after they came and looked at it.

It was okay but, the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall, sink had a no stopper, it needs to be updated. We had to put a rag in the door to keep it from vibrating.

Gross motel

Everything was broke and falling apart. Need was not the same size as mattress spring so it kept falling. It stink to high heaven. Nastiest motel i ever started at. Almost 200 a night. Never again. They had to move us rooms for how bad the first one was. Then the second the door look didn't work. So pissed i spent that much money. Only did it for college orientation

Good for price and location.

The hotel and room were clean overall. Bed was comfy. Very friendly service. This was good for our quick stay in Stephenville. We were only at the hotel long enough to shower and sleep. My advice is, know what you are getting into. Don't expect the Hilton at a Super 8. Good stay overall.

What is missing behind the door

I stay at this location pretty regularly every check in is a mystery. You never know what you will walk into when you open the door. I have never got a room that had everything it’s supposed to. Either missing a TV, microwave is missing or broke, no fridge, cable out, missing couch mattress list goes on.

Our room had no tv and the lights flickered a bunch. They advertised that they have baby cribs and they do not. The beds were itchy and pull out couch bed was dirty and had red and black stains.

The Tv did not work. Three of the 4 lights over the sink were burned out. Soap holder in the tub was missing and there was lots of mold where it use to be located. The mattresses were extremely worn. However, the staff was extremely nice when I cheked in on Saturday.

The staff are very nice and check in was easy. The room was clean only problem was the strong smell of cigarette smoke soon as the door opened to the hotel room. I highly recommend an air freshener or something to midi gate this issue.
