Good: Location, breakfast and swimming pool. Discount on ice skating ring. Bad: outdated hotel and noisy

From the minute we arrived the staff could not been more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and they made you feel so relaxed. Found the atmosphere very homely and felt right at home from arrival until departure. The meals we had were excellent and everything was definitely value for money. Have already booked to go back for Hogmanay and this is the only place we will stay in the future. I cannot recommend the Ben Mhor highly enough.

First visit and won't be the last. Spotless which is the number one for me. The room and bathroom and facilities were spotless. Friendly reception happy to share local tips for food etc.
