What i must write about sonesta. Was a girl long dark hair named Lee? She went above and beyond for nothing else. Other than to, please me and the room was beautiful. Everything was perfect. I had a little episode with delivery. They gave me the wrong delivery. She king up to my room and gave me a big bottle of water. Because they failed to deliver it now. I was stuck with no water but she. Make sure. I got taken care of and many other things besides that.That was just one

Hotel okay rooms nice stayed two nights but no housekeeping the next day went down for complementary coffee was empty front desk clerk filled it but seemed liked it was a bother went back for a second cup and was told when it runs out that it for complementary coffee ? Had to go to front desk twice for towels but no problem getting only one small waste basket was overflowing with no housekeeping but now i am aware of all this would probably go back

The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The price was good. The room was full of large furniture that needs an update. The desk chair was wobbly. This was supposed to be an accessible room but the only thing that was accessible was a bar in the shower and it was on the wrong side of the shower, no bar by the toilet. The towels were rough and there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. There was a microwave in the little store kiosk near the front desk. If you want to heat food up and take it to your room you have to figure a way to do that. There was no buffet breakfast, only items that you could buy a la carte. The whole hotel needs an update.
