Very clean, well located, with great dining options. After having grown accustomed to split blankets throughout Germany, I would have liked that option. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, very inviting.

Loved this stay right on the river! Beautiful view of the river from the room. Amazing bathroom setup! Great food options. Great piano bar in the evening.

Hotel stay was great - only issue was reserving money on my credit card blocked my card for future purchases even though the final charges for my stay were paid. In my option the bill should have cleared by the reserves and I should not have to wait a day or so to see them clear down ! You need to review your charges process please

Large hotel on the river
Just stayed one night but it was a wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Large rooms. It's right on the river, so you can walk all along it. The hotel is huge. The breakfast buffet looked great, but we didn't partake. It's a short walk to the city center where the bars and restaurants are. I'd stay again!

1st time in Mainz! Great stay!
It was very nice and the staff lovely. Bed comfortable and clean. The bathroom grout looked pretty dirty and moldy. Would have loved the air conditioner to get cooler and the WiFi to be better connection. The breakfast was superb though.
