Would have given a higher rating but when i requested extra pillows they said they would being them right up. After waiting for a couple of hours. I called back to check the status on the pillows they informed us they dont have any extra pillows to offer. Plus the bed was uncomfortable

It was a fun stay for the night on our way to Zion. Hotel is older, but adequate for a night's stay. Casino was fun and there were restaurant options as well as a coffee shop at the hotel, which was convenient. Would stay again just for the night on our way out of town.

I liked the cleanliness of my room and the staff was very nice . This property has gone through hell and back . It is very sad to see the staff idling away hours hoping tourist will come inside. The rollercoaster and log ride two main features are closed. The good thing was I had the whole casino to my self practically. They have a cool little Bonnie and Clyde Exhibit feat the actual car with the bullet holes and Blanche who was Clyde’s sister in law tells about being with Bonnie and Clyde’s Ambush .

It felt like the place was going out of business. We walked across the street to Prime Valley and the place was empty and all of the restaurants closed. We then went across to Whiskey Pete’s and it was a little busier but definitely everyone was at Buffalo Bills.

Beds were amazing however staff were unpleasant room floor was dirty with seeds on the floor shower stall to short for someone 6ft and it was almost flooding because it wouldn’t drain properly I advised information upon check the clerk didn’t seem to interested I was also just astonished on a non smoking floor just how much smoking was going on smelling like I was at a bob marley festival unacceptable to just get oh yeah that happens we’re working on it smh!!

My daughter (11yrs) and I were traveling home to CA from UT last month when the freeway was shut down due to a hazardous material spill. We were already West of Baker, CA but had to turn around and find a hotel for the night. Buffalo Bills was the closest hotel, so we booked a room there. We were exhausted by the time we checked in because we had been stuck in traffic for hours. The hotel was so run down. It was a hot summer evening (105*) outside and the air conditioning was broken. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart and moldy, the shower head leaked, and we were locked out of the room when we went to the pool because our room key didn’t work. The pool closes early too - 8pm. We would have gone somewhere else if we felt we had another option nearby. Definitely won’t be staying there again.
