The hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Our only issue was that our flight got delayed and when we got there (we were a group of 4 couples), our rooms were given to another group that had issues with their flights and we were sent to another hotel until the next morning when our rooms were going to be available. They told us that the other hotel was going to have food available (room service) but they were closed at midnight and we got there past that time. They did not have options for food, so we went back and forth between hotels. It was very inconvenient and we were only in Bogota for a day 1/2 and the hotel made it difficult. We were not notified in advance about our rooms not being available and it was not our issue that they were having room difficulty and we ended up paying the consequences.

Stayed for one night with my family and the experience was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with many options and a chef to make you any style of eggs you choose in front of you. The transportation from and to the airport was a big plus.

We had high hopes for our two-day stay, but unfortunately, management extended other guests’ stays and moved us to a nearby hotel without any prior notice or communication. We didn’t find out until we arrived after midnight from our flight. When we returned early the next morning, our rooms were still not ready. The situation was poorly handled by management. On top of that, there’s no air conditioning, and the rooms are very noisy due to highway and plane traffic. With plenty of other options nearby, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
