The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was fantastic. There were 6 of us and everyone was happy with their orders (including 4 & 5 yo). The only issue we had was the front desk called our room at midnight to say there was a noise complaint; it woke us and our children up and we had a very early flight. It made for a long night of getting our kids settled back down and a hard early morning. Had their security physically came to check if it was our room they would have left us alone and called the correct room that was making the noise.

The property is clean and airport transportation is a plus. However what I didn’t like is the very slow pace of check in. It took more than 30-40 minutes to check in with one employee, later another came and people were waiting desperately to get their turn.

Pleased with my stay
I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is close to the airport and well appointed with a gym, jacuzzi and sauna. The free breakfast options were ample. The lobby has an elegant water feature. We were able to book a week with an average nightly rate of $58 per night for two beds. The only reason that I had to slightly mark down the service score was because our rooms would automatically drop from 22 C to 16-17 C, which would be uncomfortable after returning from a night of Bogota showers.
