Great Stay in a Central Location
I had a very comfortable stay at Novotel Bogotá. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of nice places nearby, including a variety of charming cafes to enjoy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for convenience and comfort in Bogotá. Would definitely stay here again!

Rude a unprofessional receptionist
The recepción woman in the check in and check out was super rude and un polite plus she charge me tax, even when I explained her that I am not Colombian resident she was asking for the seal in the passport when for biometric it is not made anymore…the bathroom was dirty but they came and clean it fast 😅

Overall nice enough place. Weak toilet flush. Drain in shower would back up. Housekeeping insisted on banging on my door even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Food from their restaurant was excellent. Staff in restaurant and at the desk were very polite. Nice enough hotel.
