arrived at noon, was asked to pay 100$ deposit, so i paid. I requested to see if possible to get room before the 4pm check in. staff at 2:30 , still not ready , so waited in lobby . 3PM still not ready, still waiting in lobby. 3:30 pm some clients arriving and they get their rooms! So only at 4PM when we complain to staff we get our room , when asked why others get their rooms before 4pm but not us.the room was not ready , that is poor customer service, and i will not go back anymore. they knew we were waiting since noon , no adaptability for me is poor service.
