My table in the room has stained I have not even use it. Keys does not work in my Riverview room and my kids room. Frustrating check in - have to walk back and forth to reception.

The Rydges at Southbank is always a reliable and very pleasant hotel. The gingerbread Christmas tree in the foyer was spectacular and smelt delicious. The room was huge with the unexpected bonus of a large balcony. The pool area was very appealing, as always, and the location is fantastic given its short distance to restaurants and the excitement of Southbank. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and there was a Wonderful view of the city… especially at night. Close walking distance to city and venues around the city. Lots of places to eat nearby.
