Decided to get a nicer room at a nicer hotel for my birthday….we chose a hotel w a pool, exercise room and breakfast. The Hotel was under construction, which I didn’t know when I booked. Hotel was pretty empty, but they still put us on the noisy frwy side, the pool was closed and so was the exercise room was…Had a decent breakfast, but no place to sit… They told me to go back to room or else could sit in chairs by elevators! Disappointed…

Did not realize that hotel was undergoing a remodel and we stayed there to be able to go swimming. Didn’t see the message from Hotels.com until after we paid for our two-night stay. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping and other venues. Probably won’t stay there again.

The hotel was quiet, clean and the parts we could use were well maintained. The room was clean and tastefully decored. The bed was comfortable and the rooms quiet so you do not hear your neighbors nor their comings and goings. However, we were not informed before arriving that the hotel was in the midst of a remodel and facilities would not be available on site. (The breakfast was offered on the ground level hallway and tables were on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There was no access to vending or ice machines. There was no access to the pool/jacuzzi or gym.) We were told we could use a hotel's pool next door, but had to get a pass each time we went to the other hotel.

Great stay!
This property was under construction, so the pool was closed. However, the staff was incredible, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and very nice. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a Hampton Inn in a long time!

We pulled up to the property and it was dark. There was construction tape preventing entry to the front of the parking lot and construction equipment where cars would normally park. I assumed the place was closed. I then checked my email saw an email from Hampton Inn advising me that during the "renovation" the front desk, the pool, the laundry and more would all be closed. I have no idea how I was supposed to get in, but I did not even try. I found another Hampton Inn nearby and stayed there.

Under construction, so check in is a bit wonky. So is the breakfast. It’s in a hallway and dining is up a flight of stairs. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

Overall the stay was great. But, the building was under construction so it was a little chaotic. While brushing my teeth in the morning the wood panel that covers the sink pipes fell off and smashed my ankles and feet. When I let the staff know, they said “ok we will let maintenance know.” The property itself is beautiful and in a quiet safe area. Room was big and super nice and clean.

They not only overcharged but charged my credit card twice. For some reason the website doesn’t let me talk about being taken from a money perspective so that is all I can say. The place is a dump right now. They have not done well with the construction. I would absolutely not book here. I am still trying to get them to respond to being overcharged and charged twice on my credit card.

Nice people, smooth check in. Only draw back was it was being remodeled but we didn't here the workers as we arrived at night. The staff did all they could to ensure our stay was a good one. We'd go back!
