Staff was super friendly and helpful, but the rooms were so run down with stains on the furniture, remnants of red glitter all over the bathroom, and the bed was super uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep.

The property was under construction when I arrived it sounded like a jackhammer right above my room. The front desk woman was rude. She said I could check out or she could try to find me a different room. I asked her if there would be more construction in the morning she said yes, maybe near the new room. I paid more for this hotel room than I did last year and the new room smells like urine and has stains all over the carpet.

I called and told them that I had a flight that came in at 12: 40 AM and that I needed a shuttle after 1:00, I was told that the shuttle would run till 2:00 AM. I got to the curb by 1:10. No shuttle came and I ended up walking to the hotel, getting there at 2:00 AM. The shuttle is independent but being told the wrong information by the hotel lands on them.
