We asked for a dog room and the carpet was dirty and smelled of urine. I complained about the room and the desk clerk gave me another room but it was even dirtier. We were charged $25 extra for the dog room but the managers were not spending it on cleanliness. The clerk tried to make things right for me but there was little she could do to compensate for poor management and a lack of supervision/direction of cleaning staff. Breakfast was very good.

Good stay, however bring your own pillow.
Besides the pillows being the size of a folded up sweater, it was as basic hotel stay as it gets. Easy check in, clean, quiet, and great rate. I’m not a picky person, but those pillows were incredibly small.

There's a shuttle service to the airport and we can leave our car parked at the hotel. It's a little bit noisy since it is close to the airport.

We always love staying here when we are leaving for a trip because they have a free airport shuttle. Very convenient. We arrived home at midnight and the staff at the front desk was super nice and friendly.
