Great overall staff from the front security and front desk. Visitors will always feel safe staying at this hotel 24 hours a day and they are always available with your needs. Housekeeping was spot on with daily services. Kept the room very clean. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Copacabana. Walking distance from the beach with hotel beach chairs available as well. Thank you for your hospitality to all the staff at Miramar Hotel.

I thought this hotel was fantastic and the staff could not do enough for you. The hotel is close to the beach, bus and metro stations and the infinity pool is to die for with the views of Copacabana beach and sugar loaf mountain. My only complaints would be the lack of equipment choice in the gym and the lack of beds by the pool, otherwise no complaints and certainly a great choice of hotel.

The staff at front desk were excellent with assisting us on activities we wanted to partake in. The house keeping were excellent with keep up of my room and went above and beyond to provide a great service. The restaurant staff were very accommodating of us while we wanted to try new dishes and recommendations.
