Y’all got issues.

I was visiting Boise for a Funeral, and booked a Premium King room weeks in advance. I arrived, and there was one premium king, room 761 which shares an adjoining wall with the elevator shaft which sounds like it is ready to fail at any moment. Nobody could sleep in that noise. I was offered to downgrade my room, but no discount. I was put in room 122, very high traffic and hallway noise. The blankets smelled like a bucket of bleach. I woke the next morning, hit the gym which has a broken bench and missing pairs of dumbbells. Got back to my room to get ready for the funeral. I start the shower, go to the sink to shave, and when I go to step in the shower, there was 8 inches of standing water. The tub doesn’t drain. There were no other rooms to move me to, however, they gave me a key to the first room so I could at least take a shower, 7 floors up, in a premium King room… Maintenance was in my room with a plunger and snake for over an hour while I visited with an old friend… would have been nice to have privacy. When he finished, he told me he fixed it, but it’s slow, and they’ve always had problems with this room. Update: it didn’t drain the next morning either. I was put in a known problem room, and moved to another. This is terrible customer service, and the staff knew the reason for my visit. I chose this hotel because I have stayed in the past, and enjoyed it… cannot say that I will stay again. I can update this review with a proper resolution from management.

This place had black mold on every wall, glass everywhere, dog hair everywhere and the couch and bed were tore up by an animal. The table was sticky and still had food on it. The couch and chairs have stains all over them. However the staff was nice and helped us. We ended up not staying there.

Had booked a room with 2 beds. Day of check in they said that they didnt have that room available (mix up) so the gave me a room with 1 king bed & offered a rollaway bed. The same night we needed the rollaway bed, they said they didnt have anymore but only offered some pillows and sheets. We had 3 people stay in 1 room and we obviously dont fit 3 on a bed. They did not whatsoever try to accommodate with a better situation given that we had booked a room with 2 beds.

The bed was very uncomfortable as it felt like it was collapsing, sliding glass door was difficult to lock, felt unsafe. This property is in very poor condition. I do not recommend staying here.

When I checked in, it was great I had a dog I asked for a room that could be close to the floor so I could go in and out. I did not get that. I got the third floor. It was halfway clean. It was so hot you could barely breathe. My room was fine not super clean the floors anyway The pillows were horrible. I did not sleep all night. The hotel lobby was fine but the rest of the hotel was awful.

This hotel is housing the homeless along with guests. It is very rundown and tired. Stains in the bathtub, beds with exposed bed frames, the bed moves when getting in and out, very noisy and we were at the very end where you would think there would be little traffic. Great price but pics look way better than true reality.

Not very nice staff, hot tub didn’t work properly, dirty old rooms, no a/c no lock on sliding door, burnt out bulbs, hair in the tub, overall bad experience. Pictures on site nothing like in person. An incident involving police and drones outside of our window, and when we called to ask about safety etc. we were treated as though we were an inconvenience.
