Located in a lovely gated community of the Spanish Wells country club. Which is surrounded by 3, 9 hole golf courses. Beautiful view overlooking your heated community pool, the golf course and of course, incredible sunsets. This fully furnished unit is approximately 1600 ft.². With two terraces. One which is fully screened. very well-maintained and meticulous condition and many upgrades throughout. Recently installed air conditioning system. Wood look tiled floors. It includes a one car garage. Close to shopping, restaurants, houses of worship, are all within minutes away. This is available on a short-term 3 basis for February March and April.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
