Highly recommended hotel. I'd needed a room at the last minute for three nights in Bonn, and booked Hotel Haus Berlin (name notwithstanding, it really IS in Bonn, albeit some stops down the U-Bahn). When I checked in, I was delighted to see my room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Note that because this is a "B&B"-like property, there's not a "24 hour" front desk for late check-in, so pay attention to available checkin hours (or call to make other arrangements in advance). Once you're checked in, you'll have a key that works in outside door for 24 hour access. Fast and reliable wireless. Easy 750 meter walk from the Bad Godesberg UBahn and DBahn stations (and there are buses that run on Rheineallee, too). Rheinalle is a nice tree-lined street in a mixed professional/residential area. Some of the hotel's rooms are downstairs, and the stairs are a tight circular staircase, but you can navigate it OK if you hang onto the railing. There was no individual A/C in my room, but the windows opened, so that was OK. Quiet area, so no problem with noise with the windows open. The bed I'd gotten was wide, but made of two singles, and the duvet was only enough for one side or the other (but it was okay). Excellent shower (tall enough, and hot enough, and with adequate water pressure); bathroom otherwise a bit tight (at least in my room). Breakfast was quite tasty, too. Nice place!
