Beautiful Home

It was a beautiful home, clean, perfect location. The bathrooms are small. The closets were stocked with extra linens and towels. So many extra blankets! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. The binder about the house was great to have.

Weekend trip to visit App State

We had a great long weekend stay - walking distance to visit App State, easy trip to the ski mountains, perfect for exploring downtown Boone. Owner was super responsive and house was as well furnished and comfy.

This place had it all! Location, comfortable beds and the place was absolutely spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed and the front porch was a great place to drink our morning coffee. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Visited Boone for a bachelor weekend. Place was right near campus and downtown Boone which was great location for walking to places. House was very clean. Definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to be near campus and downtown bars/restaurants.

Perfect Place to Stay

We have stayed in various rentals over the last 3 years while our daughter attended App, and this was by far the best stay yet! The location doesn’t get any better. This home is across the street from App State and walking distance to King Street. The home has been well cared for and the owners have thoughtfully provided an abundance of bedding and towels. The App Decor and memorabilia makes this a very special place to stay.

Adorable App State themed house!

We loved this little house- perfect for a weekend back as alumnae. It’s right across from the convocation center- a quick walk across campus to King street. They had access to Netflix on the TV and the beds were comfortable. We wish kids were allowed!

Extremely nice home in great location!

We stayed in Boone so we could ski Sugar Mtn and couldn’t have picked a better place. Loved the home - it was well stocked, very clean and orderly, comfortable with great decor and a real wood burning fireplace. We will definitely try to rent again!
