This property was awful. There is not a negative adjective to describe how bad it was. The worst place I have ever rented. If I could select negative stars, I would. Cigarette burns in bedding, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom, cigarette and pot butts were floating in the toilet. **Felt unsafe, very unsafe, the hotel room door lock did not hold tight. The door opened without the electronic key. Walked into the room, looked around, walked out, returned to the front office, requested refund.They agreed to refund without asking for a reason. I had picture proof but they didn’t care to see them, nor did they ask why I was checking out; they knew. I drove to a well lit Chick-fil-A parking lot, cried, pulled out my phone and found a safe place to stay for the night.

The property is surrounded by many eating establishments. Staff was friendly. Room could have been cleaner. A roach greeted me in the bathroom as soon as I stepped in. There was clump of dust blowing around on the ceiling between the beds. Room smells like old embedded smoke. A larger tv would be nice. Also an iron in the room would have helped.

Great. Rooms 252 & 253 need full length mirrors, caused an issue when two people are trying to get ready together. Pillows could use replacing. Other than that, front desk are wonderful and they really do try to keep this place as clean and bug free as humanly possible, which is appreciated. I much rather stay here and deal with a little bit of outdated ness & bug free, then stay somewhere renovated with bed bugs and roaches ( hometown studios/redroof inn rt1/9).
