There wasn’t anything I didn’t love about my stay at the Inn, everyone was so professional and courteous they also had that homey feel as an international traveller anyone wanting to visit London and doesn’t want to stay in the city I recommend the Inn it’s only a short train ride into the city and you’ll get looked after and made to feel at home at the Inn

I don’t even think you could call this a hotel 😂 dirty and the staff are useless. Don’t put check in at 3pm if you can’t get the room cleaned until 4. The bed would probably just about hold the weight of a child. Was like being in prison.

Bad experience
The window does not close propery, and the noise from the street is too much. The smell in the corridors, room and the toilet is not a pleasant smell. The toilet in my room did flush propery, just little water coming at a time and not making the tissue go. I was even scared to make a cup of tea because of the state of the room i was in. No water in the jug, meaning had to get it from the smelly toilet. I won't come back again.

Nightmare!
Curtains falling apart. The shower/toilet was dirty, and smelled of urine! One hanger in closet and tv didn’t work! Couldn’t close door to the room without a key! room right on main road above busy pub. Difficult to find, no one in reception when I left. Also a huge fridge in a small room, didn’t work either. Would not stay here again.
