On the day of my supposed stay they cancelled my 1 night reservation saying I was moved to a different hotel. But when I got there I did not have a room under my name and the other hotel could not provide me with a room because they were sold out. I know I did not prepay for my hotel room but it was unacceptable that they did not secure a room for me at the other hotel to make sure I have a room to stay in for the night. I know it was unpredictable that they had a flooding in their hotel but they should have still made sure that we were confirmed at the other hotel we were supposed to be moved. Terrible customer service.

Nice hotel, swming pool with a slid. The pool is a bit small and hot tube wasn't warm enough and no jets to massage your back. Services needs improvement. When I arrive ther was no bellows nor blankets for my kis. I called reception they told to come down to pick them up. After a 9 hours drive with 2 kids and unloading. I liked how clean the hotel and swimming pool with slides. The breakfast can have more options for vegetarian food eaters. Do not put ham close to eggs . White bread option not available.

Cleanliness was very good. Bed was comfy. Nice perk to have free hot breakfast. Staff friendly. My only complaint is that the pool was very small - don't be thinking to do any lengths in it.
