This property is convenient to the people we came to visit. The suite is roomy and well furnished. The body wash and shampoo dispensers were missing in the shower. The included breakfast was good enough but a step down from what was provided on previous stays. Now about equal to a typical included breakfast with hot options.

The photos of the property show a hot tub which is why I booked this hotel. I would have selected a different property if not for the hot tub as we were skiing before arriving. Upon arrival, I was so disappointed to see the hot tub area had been tiled over and photos had not been updated. Big disappointment/false advertising.They should update the pool area photos for this property.

The first room I was assigned to smelled of sewage or like someone had just taken a dump! The staff is not well trained in hospitality and communication between hotel areas. Especially the dining staff was abruptly rude. This dining area was also very dirty and they closed it and hour earlier than expected. The room is spacious but not up kept properly. Their choice of maintenance/upkeep is subpar with wallpaper peeling, painted areas splattered. The heating and cooling fan does not work. You need to ask for complimentary water at check in.

Great place and good breakfast i am just disappointed there was a jacuzzi but there is none and the pool area is nice just the water is cool but overal i like the place a lot just no jacuzzi like there shows in the property how it shows on the pictures listed on the booking app in the hotel This one does not have one

When I got to my room it had a weird odor coming from the vents it was unbearable and my gf wanted a room change and luckily enough the staff at the front were able to accommodate me immediately and get me in a much better room. The property is nice and I’d love to come again hopefully everything is perfect
