Our room was clean and welcoming with a welcome message on our tvs. The pool was warm and clean, only wish there were towels available for us when we got out. The restraint prices and selections were good. Loved the open area for the kids to hand out in

Everything seemed a little odd: Room seemed partially cleaned at check-in, with garbage and used sheets thrown on the floor of the closet. Our double-bed room was given away, although we booked a double room. Woken up at 10pm on the last night of a three night stay asking me to change rooms as they said my room needed “deep cleaning”. Won’t be staying here again.

This was my first visit to the Embassy Suits, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was great, the service was excellent, and everything went perfectly during my stay. My suite was beautiful, and the view along with the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m glad everything went so well and would highly recommend this hotel.

This is just awful! They put me in a really cold room. The temperature doesn't rise above 64 Celsius. The staff doesn't respond to any questions, they don't fix it, and they don't move me to another room! I'm just furious.

Room neglected heat didn’t work in the lobby or nor could our room get above 65. Fire in the middle of the night, smelt damp and was dark and dreary. No compensation for displacement or a late check out

The original room we had the heat did not work. Front desk people said they would bring more blankets. We were persistent and finally got a room change. One of the elevators smelled of urine with splatters on the glass in the elevator.

We had hair in our shower, the bathroom door broke and locked my friend inside, there was no shampoo or conditioner in our room, there was hair all over our beds, and we were not told of the ice machines not working until we asked about it.
