Where to start with this property. The check in was what set me off to find everything bad at this location. I booked a two bed room. After we packed all of the luggage to the room, we came to find out it was a one bed room. Huge, two living areas, etc., obviously an upgrade. Except one bed. Where was my son (adult) going to sleep. There was no where. I went downstairs to say we got the wrong room. The response was that they were overbooked and had no more rooms. I asked to speak to the manager. There was not one on duty, I would have to talk to them the next morning. I said if there was an emergency, who would the desk person call. Suddenly there was a two bed room available. I know why it was not available because it had torn wall paper, etc. But still we got a two bedroom. Complained to someone as we were going out to dinner. They had the same issue and the person in their party was handicapped and sleeping on a sofa. And they could not access the pool at the hotel, they had to go to the front desk because the access wasn't working. Such a horrible experience but the price was sky high. Will not stay there again.
