We enjoyed our stay but we could hear the neighboring rooms very clearly which made it difficult to sleep. I also had to call the desk in the early morning to have someone there to check us out, I waited for a while before I called since we had to leave for the airport. The bed was comfy, the bathtub/shower was nice, and the TV channels were good.

Got to property After a long flight to find out that this hotel caught fire and I had to sit in my car and find somewhere else to go. We were not even notified. And now I'm fighting for a refund. After I was charged, it's not okay

I usually like Hampton Inns but not this one at this time. The public spaces and hotel room and exterior booked tired and worn and dirty. Only one ice machine worked out of four. The refrigerator in the bedroom and the heat were exceptionally loud. Children running in the hallway for about an hour at 12:30 am. Way too noisy. The food buffet ran out of napkins at 7 am and the worker was "oh well". Will not plan on ever going back to the Braintree Hampton. Plus, this is now Strike one for me for the Hampton chain. Not my usual. Exp

They were able to do a last minute early check in. Room was very clean. Hot tub and pool were clean. Breakfast was ok. Wish they would have a regular restaurant with all three meals.
