The carpeting was filthy, especially the elevators. Rust stains on the bathroom walls from the grab bars. Soiled and missing tiles on the walls in common areas. Overall, the entire facility is in desperate need of an upgrade.

The staff was super nice but unfortunately the room next to us had a dog that barked and howled Non-Stop and the hotel was unable to do anything about it so after about a half hour we ended up leaving.

They offer breakfast in the morning and it probably had the most options we have ever had at a "free hotel breakfast". There was plenty of parking and the staff was very polite. There are a few fast food options around the property as well. We would definitely stay again.

Super friendly staff. Guy working the front desk was extraordinarily helpful and nice. Shower got really hot and the pool was nice. Super close to Salem we were able to get a cheap uber there instead of trying to find parking. Only negative was that the tv was ancient.

There are several restaurant options for your choosing. The pool was clean and nice. The workout facilities were adequate. The breakfast options were very good. If you drive, the parking lots are very good, with great lighting.

This hotel is in a great location. The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Lots to choose from. I was just unhappy that there was hair in the shower and on bathroom floor and the room was never vacuumed before we stayed since there were large food crumbs all around the bed and sofa area. Other than that we had a relaxing stay.

Checking in wasn’t fun. They had lost power for a moment so they were trying to reboot all the systems. Finally were able to check in but then we weren’t able to get our keys to the room. The machine wasn’t working. Staff had to let us in our room, therefore we could not come and go as we pleased. We ended up stepping out of the hotel for a little while. So we had no choice but to go to the desk at 1:30 in the morning asking about our keys. The Girl at the desk was super sweet and felt bad. Just doesn’t negate the fact it was already a long day and this just added to it.
