Staff has no communication and passes problems along to everyone else until it comes back to the same person. Not accommodating to issues at all and don’t have time to help issue. Lack of items available. How are you gonna tell me you don’t have an extra pillow or blanket in the entire hotel…. Now being told I’m not going to be refunded after getting that confirmed before me left.

Great hotel, not too far of a distance from the city, as Ubers will take usually around 25-30 minutes to get to Boston if there isn’t too much traffic. I got there a lot earlier than check in time and they were kind enough to give me my room early. Hotel was a lot nicer looking than I expected, and I definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony view, as it adds a nice touch to the experience. Restaurant in hotel was great as well, and there’s convenient luggage storage. Very nice staff as well :)

They charged me twice, two different amounts for the same stay. We chose the hotel partly for the pool. We could not go swimming because the pool’s heater we were told had been broken for two weeks prior to our stay and was not going to be repaired any time soon. There was only one tool of toilet paper in our room and no facial tissues. Also the rug looked like it had not been vacuumed.

found our room to have very sticky bathroom floors...had house keeping come in to re-mop and it was still sticky...perhaps the cleaning product. toilet was dirty around rim from "misses". overall room was a little dated, but ok. bed could be updated...on site restaurant is nice, maybe a little pricey but it is the Boston area....best burger ive ever had.

The property was shabby and in need of refurbishment and therefore i thought vastly overpriced. They had mice, we saw one run across the lobby in front of us. The smells from the open kitchen/restaurant made the whole hotel smell. Our initial room was not cleaned properly and hooks were hanging off the bathroom wall. The inside pool open and overlooked by all the public areas on each of the floors incl;uding the bar area. There was one pool table which we were unable to use due to large groups monopolising it. This hotel is large so i presume caters mainly to the business client rather than leisure. Overall the worst hotel of our trip.
