Overall had a nice stay for 5 nights. It was a good spot to stay with driveable proximity to nearby attractions like the downtown area, Salem, etc. The place was clean and felt a bit higher end than most Holiday Inns. I’ll say as a midwesterner the staff personality was a bit chilly but could be a cultural difference as they were still helpful and cooperative. They did say that since we were staying several days we’d have to request room cleaning but they did it twice without asking which was nice. Now for the negatives. It’s hard to keep anything food/drink wise. There wasn’t a single functioning ice machine so I had to ask the desk attendant to fill it up in the back for me. The rooms say they’re equipped with a refrigerator but when I realized ours wasn’t very cold and asked the front desk about it they said it’s more of a wine cooler. That just makes little sense to me. Lastly as some have already reviewed (which I failed to read ahead of my stay) - parking is not free and $25/night which seems like it should just be included in the room cost because the area isn’t the most accessible other than by car.

Stay was great, didn’t hear any noise. They advertise bar/restaurant but didn't have either. No worries, go to Murray's right down the street!!

Our stay was really short but it was a good experience. The parking lot and spaces were small and we were unaware that we had to pay for parking at the hotel, just would have been nice to know and for how much.

The hotel seems to have been renovated not too long ago. Rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained. Very quiet and only about 20 minutes from the city center (without traffic). I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and quiet, you can walk to a tavern in Revere with fabulous food. Taking off a star because at almost $400/ a night for a Holiday Inn, breakfast and parking should be free.

Charged $25 for a small parking lot, we were lucky to find a spot. Bar and restaurant were both closed, $17 per person for breakfast. Rooms were cozy and bed was comfortable. But for the price of a one night stay was outrageous for everything being shut down when we got there
