I appreciated the free parking and the complimentary breakfast. There were a good amount of breakfast options - veggie omelette was pretty good, but the regular cheese omelette was burned. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard to get the front desk via phone; if I needed anything I had to go down to the lobby. The room was spacious and the bathroom was pretty nice. Everything was in pump-bottles (soap, shampoo, conditioner) so there was no wasting little plastic bottles. There was enough space for 5 people to spread out and get ready, with a full-length mirror in the front of the room which made it easy for multiple people to do makeup and check outfits.

Had trouble with the visitor on the floor above us making loud noises for 3 hours. Complained to the desk attendant three times before it finally ended just before midnight. The hotel was very nice, but the other visitors lowered the score.
