Stayed here for a second time because of its convenience. Woman at front desk clearly hates her job and is unaware of customer service. Gentleman was friendly and welcoming but attending to another person during check in and said the woman could help me even though it appeared she was busy with her AirPods on. I could barely understand what she was saying to me. Called for a crib later on and one was delivered to the room but with no sheets so I asked the front desk for a flat sheet and blanket. The woman asked if I was going to come downstairs and get it. I have never stayed at any establishment where I was expected to pick up my own amenities. It seemed that I was inconveniencing her by asking her to bring it up so I can take care of my children. This is a place I normally stay when I’m visiting my parents who live in the area but this will be the last time.

Pretty good bang for your buck
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was actually pretty decent with a lot of variety. My only complaint is the clerk looked bothered that I had checked in. Not really rude, but indifferent to my presence.

I had to change my room twice within my 2 night stay. I had 3 different issues. I changed my room the first time due to the heater not working. In my second room the shades for the windows gave me issues( this was resolved). The second time i changed my room was due to noise from the room above and beside me. I told the front desk and was told to wait 1 hour for a room on the top floor. After 1 hour of waiting my room still wasn’t ready and I was told to wait another 25 mins. When my room was ready they put me on the first floor completely ignoring my complaints and didn’t fulfill what they told me prior which was putting me on a top floor. I didn’t stay and went back home. I came back in the morning to check out. I won’t be this hotel again. It seems there is also something wrong and the staff has no urgency or care.
