The hotel is very well located in the city centre yet it is very quiet inside the hotel. You can notice the slight vibrations from the underground trains I believe but it is not an issue. The room was spacious and clean with good amenities. I really enjoyed 4 days in Sydney because everything was so accessible from this hotel. Coles supermarket, several coffee shops and eateries across the road. The hotel office was very reasonable. A short walk to Circular Quay. Would certainly come back here when in Sydney.

I didnt like that there wasnt any virw from the room. Window could not be opened and the only "view" was the red brick wall. I didnt like that there wasnt any drinkable water, or any other water in the fridge.

I have been travelling to Sydney for 40 years & this was the first time I have stayed at Megaboom. Everything was excellent. It was safe, quiet, accessible to good shops - the main 3 for me. Plus, I do like to make myself a cup of tea! Kelvin ‘spoilt’ me by giving me a gorgeous room - which I truly valued and appreciated. A huge: THANK U to Kelvin from me. I will certainly pass on the good ‘news’ as a result of my stay to others in the future. This morning, Fri, 10.1.25 (when I was departing), Angelic & Monique were the 2 lovely, pleasant & positive females @ the front desk. As I expressed above, your hotel is super impressive - please keep this above standard up! I will certainly be back in the future. A Great Value

The Megaboom is a great place to stay in the center of the city. Rooms are compact all the necessities are there. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping standard is immaculate. Highly recommend it.

The reception staff were very polite and helpful. We had to check out early to catch a flight and they kindly came up to our room before refunding the deposit. They did this despite it only being 6.40am when they don’t actually start work till 7am
