The entire marketing of this hotel is based on it being an airport hotel with a shuttle to the airport, but it doesn’t have a shuttle. The man at the front desk simply said he didn’t know why that was on the website as they’d never had one. The amount we had to pay for a taxi would have covered staying in a nicer hotel closer to the airport, it’s feels very disingenuous and scammy.

The hotel is nice, but at the time I booked the room the website listed the hotel as having restauranrt and bar open PLUS transport to the airport. When I checked in learned none of this was true. The hotel is overpriced without the amenities they advertised. Important to know - there are no restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed with our grandkids, because of the convenience of the T location, made getting to and from Boston and Salem super easy and didnt have to hassle with a rental car. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again soon.

The only problem is the pillows are so uncomfortable! Everything else is amazing. But definitely need to upgrade to better pillows with such a high quality in Everything else.

When hotel was booked, I booked a room with 2 Queen beds. When we got there they changed our room to a King bed and couch. When I explained to the front desk that we had 4 adults and needed 2 beds we were told there wasn’t a room available because the beds were broken and maintenance was gone for the day so we had no choice but to sleep on the couch. The manager did not come out from the back to let me know anything. We were just told they would leave a note. The following day, Saturday 10/05 I stopped at the front desk to find out about the room and they did not see any info in the system about our concerns. I explained the situation again and she took my number and said she would contact me as of 10/07 I still have not recieved a call. The gentleman today did try and help resolve any issues or concerns. Not able did 2 of our party have to sleep on a couch, the AC in the kitchenette part (where the couch was) did not work. The Tv also did not work in the area with the couch. We notified the front desk but no one ever came to fix it. I am beyond unhappy and would never recommend that hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Only 2 complaints. On the website it said there was a bar at the hotel. There was no bar service. I was told I had to walk to a radisson hotel nearby for bar. This was an inconvenience because I had not planned on having to leave the safety of the hotel and walk to the radisson. The bartender at the Radisson was trying to serve drinks. But she also had to take food orders, go back to the kitchen and get the food which delayed drink orders. Then she had to deal with letting guests know that they ran out of the food they ordered. She did not receive any help. She did the best she could and was polite. Also, breakfast was not good. Food was dry and lukewarm. The selection was very limited.
