We stayed just for one night but I will definitely return to this hotel if we are back in the area. The room was very spacious and clean. We were able to use the pool and the breakfast was much better than we expected for a free hotel meal. I received a call a few hours after we left because a belonging was found in our room. This service went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all so Much!

Loved the property only unfortunate issue was our toaster didn't work. Maybe you should have a maintenance on your items in the rooms. Everything elses was great.

Always a big wait for breakfast items to be refilled, was empty most of the time. Only 1 staff in duty at night so very slow to answer phone and could not deliver items like extra blanket and towels (which we told them in early afternoon we needed and they forgot to do then too). The pull out couch mattress was terrible and uncomfortable.

1. Not the best experience. 2. Stayed for 5nights. No one cleaned the room 3. One of the morning staff yelled at a kid/ some kids. After speaking to him about the situation he said “ It really doesn’t matter, today is my last day working” I think there are some great staff but there are always a few concerning eggs.

We didn’t expect housekeeping happening every the other day instead of every day. When the front desk told us about this on second day evening, we had nothing to do but just ask for clean towels for the night to shower. They gave us two only while we were asking for five (we have five people). They said they need to keep them for other customers. Also, don’t expect the breakfast will last to the end.
