The hotel standard and cleanliness is terrible. This so call a 4 star hotel is unbelievable, completely run down, disgusting carpet/floor, cobwebs everywhere, moldy in the bathroom windows and ceilings, black mold in the shower, stains on the floor. The room where the breakfast served is disgusting, it was so uncomfortable to eat in there. The smell mold in the building make me sick. I'd like to thank the two ladies, one in reception, who checked us in/out, and the one who served our dinner. Both were very nice and welcoming.

Extremely quiet and peaceful stay with a nice view of lake brunner. Nothing noteworthy and nothing out of the ordinary either. Breakfast could have better selections other than toasts and cereals but we understand the simplicity nature of the place. No fanciful glamour of the busy touristy places.

When i booked the property i ooked believeing that i was booki g a room with a hand rail in toilet/ shower and a raised toilet seat which would be great as i was traveling with a friend who had had hip replacement surgery 10 days prior. Unfortunately we did not receive this room and we were put in the older part of the hotel. The hotel did not appear to be busy or booked full. I should have mentioned this once it became apparent we were in the room i didnt book for but i didnt do that at the time, i did mention it on checking out and they said they would look into it....ive not heard back.

We loved our stay the only thing is we thought the hot tub was free but when you arrive they say you had to pay $150 to have a private tub. It was absolutely beautiful evening looking at the stars. But we didn’t know that it would cost any or that much money to use it. Also for that amount of money they should provide a robe to walk to and from your room. And a bigger table beside the tub for your water and and cups. It was after hotel and friendly staff.

Lovely stay, but heavy footed guest above.

The food in the pub was really good and service very friendly. Disappointed that cooked breakfast didn’t start until 10am, we have had our fill of continental breakfasts.

We stayed overnight to break up our journey. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the food excellent. The only small issue is there is only 1 shower for guests. Otherwise a great place to stop over between the east and west coast.

The property is in an awesome location. Property could do with bit of a clean up. Cobwebs in a number of areas. Electric kettle needs a clean out, descaling.

This is the perfect spot in Lake Brunner. We had an amazing view of the lake on our ground floor room with parking outside. There is a bar/restaurant on site where we had dinner and breakfast the next morning. Both meals were delicious. Our room was clean and tidy. We will definately be staying here again.
